I will be filling in for Randy Lee as host of his Songwriter Open Mic. Original songs only.
The following details are subject to change: Two songs each. If time permits, if we reach the end of the sign up list, we'll start to rotate through it again.
I've been asked to participate in the 20th Annual Songwriters for St Jude Benefit. It'll be about 20 songwriters performing on Saturday September 10th, 2016 The event starts at 3pm Central, and will go till 11.
This year it will be streamed. So from anywhere, you'll be able to watch the event!
There is a website and a Facebook event page. There will be a link on the webpage for streaming, and a link for donating to St Jude.

This has been a great event every year, both in raising funds for St Jude, and a great time for everyone that comes out. This year, you'll be able to attend from anywhere online. I hope you'll join us.

There are 2 parts to this show. The first part is a songwriter's round, and it is followed by an open mic.
The songwriter's round will feature: Chapman James, Corey Travis, SarahJayne Balash, and Amit Chadha
I am very excited about this event, as I will be sharing the stage with some very talented writers. I would say that we all do different styles. It's going to be very nice.
My understanding is that this event will not be in the main dining area, but instead will be in a separate room, but, you will still be able to order food and eat. It should be really nice.

John Tinger and I will be taking turns doing sets from 10am-2pm, and is free to attend.
It will be outside of Hops Wild, in the food truck area, also known as Pinhook Provisions.
It looks like HotBox HSV will be the food truck.
There are picnic tables, but you can bring chair if you'd like.
I'll be bringing some water guns, sidewalk chalk and bubble wands.

I will be performing from 11:30am -1:30pm on Saturday September 19th, 2015. I was told I will be down by the bluff which is a beautiful location. If you want to sit and listen, you will need to bring a chair. We might be able to move to the picnic shelter nearby. The festival is from 9am-5pm. Come early (expect traffic), wear sturdy shoes for enjoying the park. There will be food trucks and other music performers as well. And of course, artists! :)

I will be at The Office break room and bar ( http://www.theofficebrb.com/ ), located in Downtown Huntsville on the North side of the Square, on Thursday June 11th. Steven Brian and I will be performing that evening. The show is from 7pm-10pm.
I will be at Clinton Row on Saturday June 6th from 1pm-3pm. Their facebook page is: https://www.facebook.com/clintonrowhuntsville Clinton Row is located in Downtown Huntsville, on the corner of Jefferson St. and Clinton They have Art by Christina Wegman, beauty supplies, women's fashion, clothing/etc for 18 inch dolls, and much more. So while you are checking everything out, I will also be playing music.

Saturday, April 25th,2015 from 6pm-9, there will be live original acoustic music at Brew Stooges. There will be 6 acts, including Carter and I (as a duo). The cover is $5.
I passed the first round for Somerville Star! I will perform one song at the 2nd Round on Friday, April 17th, 2015 at 7pm at the Somerville Playhouse. There's gonna be a lot of talent that night. Audience votes will be used along with the official judges to determine which contestants move on to the final round. If I do make it to the final round, the final round will be the next night, same time.
